Located at level 2 of Shanghai Dolly in Clarke Quay, Dolly Kitchen is open till the wee hours nightly to satisfy late night and early morning hunger pangs. Open since December 2009, the 4-year-old restaurant has gained a steady following with its delectable menu of local and international favourites like Braised Pork Knuckle and Teochew Porridge.
House specialities (Signature Dishes) include Bak Kut Teh which comes with steamed rice & a generous serving of dough fritters (you tiao), Ramen Tonkotsu served in a rich, wholesome broth (limited portions nightly), and Steamed Cod with Soya Sauce and Spring Onion. which started off as an off-the-menu special but became a Dolly Kitchen staple by popular demand.
Dolly Kitchen recently revamped its menu to introduce both Asian and International cuisines, including 5 double-boiled soups. Look out for the Lotus Root and Pork Rib Soup, Peppercorn Pig’s Stomach Soup, Claypot ‘Gong Bao’ Chicken, Morrocan Spiced Lamb T-Bone and Pan-Seared Angus Beef Flap Meat Steak
